I have started to collect and maintain an account and list of ALL unlawful activities by Indiana (IN) judges on the web site\

And I am asking ALL the people who have complaints against ANY IN judge to send me the account of the complaint and violation(s), names of the judge, etc, in accordance with the following "TERMS". See below.\

But first THE REASON why I believe this action is more beneficial than other methods used before.\
\
The REASON for doing this:\
\
I started a project, with a group of people who are also VICTIMS of IN judicial corruption, focusing publicity on and demand for investigation (in an Open Letter-- see link below) from the CEO, aka chief judge, of IN Supreme Court, RANDELL TERRY SHEPARD.\
No matter who the perpetrating judge in IN, RANDELL TERRY SHEPARD is ultimately responsible for overseeing ALL Indiana judges. And he knows about their misconduct.\
\
We MUST NOT dilute our limited man power, efforts and resources pointing at so many judges that our individual claims become lost in the sea of so many complaints. \
We MUST point the finger and publicity focus on the one judge who is ultimately responsible for ALL judges in Indiana (please start similar project in your own state- you lead there- see web link below).\
\
Since the submission of the Open Letter to SHEPARD and distributing it with press release, etc (see link below), I have had more reaction (from media, etc) than on any other single issue before in my battle against IN judicial corruption. \
\
So, we MUST continue together to FOCUS ON THE CEO (see above link re people's courts or CORPORATIONS?), i.e. chief judge of state. I.e. RANDELL TERRY SHEPARD in the state of Indiana.\
\
Yesterday I received a communication from a reporter (an apologist of the corrupt judges in IN?) saying that he had never heard of any complaint against SHEPARD for the past several years!!!!!!!!!!!! (I myself had filed complaints both to SHEPARD and with copies to the SAME reporter!!!!!!) Obviously the white-wash and spin campaign by the IN supreme court has started to try and save the face and reputation of SHEPARD.\
\
This means that our Open Letter and focus on SHEPARD is making an impact. We shall not stop!!!\
\
So, although I intend to include and name on the web site each complaint against judge(s) in IN, in all cases we are going to focus on and hold SHEPARD responsible as the ultimate boss who DOES KNOW what is going on. NO EXCUSES for him or for his inaction.\
\
The TERMS under which I will post complaints against any IN judge's violations are:\
\
1- The COMPLAINANT (the complaining person) email me a brief (no more than 1 or 2 pages) affidavit to include the following:\
\
- the name and location of the court, \
- the name and location (if different from the court above) of the PERPETRATORS (judge(s), as well as any additional CPS, prosecutor, etc, who are involved in the violations),\
\
- ** the name of the VICTIM(S) of the PERPETRATORS' (judges') violations,\
- ++ an account of the misconduct, criminal or constitutional violations by the judge,\
- ** an oath by the COMPLAINANT stating something like:\
"upon penalty for perjury, I verify that the statements in this affidavit/complaint are true to the best of my knowledge and understanding".\
- ++ name and address of the COMPLAINANT.\
\

\
** this information will NOT be put on the web site if you wish it to remain confidential. In this case, the information would remain on file with us in order to verify that your complaint is genuine. Sometimes it may not be possible to publicize a case while completely keeping the VICTIMS' and/or COMPLAINANTS' names confidential. \
But we can, if you wish, keep it completely confidential until a federal investigation is instituted in to the IN judicial corruption. (see link below, federal action).\
You let us know how much publicity or confidentiality you want. But your affidavit is essential.\
\
++ A very condensed version (1 or 2 lines) of your account of violations WILL be put on the web (if you agree). But, if you wish, an effort may be made to keep the VICTIM's and/or COMPLAINANT's names confidential. \
\
